Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Boston Area, providing essential support to the Branch Manager and wider team while helping to keep the branch running smoothly.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the branch, acting as the first point of contact for customers, managing financial and sales administration, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Professional, approachable and a team player
- Full UK driving licence
