Role: Automatic Door Engineer
Location: Basingstoke 
Salary: Up to £22ph DOE(£39,000) 
Shift: Monday – Friday (37.5hrs)  

My client, a respected independent specialist in industrial door systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities in your new Automatic Door Engineer role:

• Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of automatic doors, you will also need to be willing to work on shutters etc time to time 
• Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies
• Assist with small installation projects
• Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

What you’ll need in your new Automatic Door Engineer role:

• Experience working with automatic doors
• Stanley, record and label brand experience would be desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Qualifications are beneficial but not essential
