Role: Industrial Door Engineer
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £18ph DOE + Door-to-Door
Shift: Monday – Friday 47.5 hours

My client, a respected independent specialist in industrial door systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

As an Industrial Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Carry out installations, servicing and repairs on a range of industrial doors.
Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies as part of a 1-in-5 on-call rota, working to a same-day response SLA.
Deliver safe, compliant work in line with industry standards.
Cover a local area within approximately 100 miles of the depot, with no overnight stays required.

The successful Industrial Door Engineer will have the following experience
Experience working with industrial doors for a minimum of 2 years
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial

The Industrial Door Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes
Competitive salary
Door-to-door travel paid
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays with 1 extra day each year in service up to max of 10 additional days
Company van and power tools provided
Enhanced overtime rates
Sick pay after a few years’ service
