Role: Automatic Door Engineer
Location: Kent / Surrey / South London
Salary: £40,000 + DOE + Door-to-Door + Van + Tools Provided
Shift: Monday – Friday (40 hours)
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x
On call: 1/7 weeks – £150 Standby + £45 per call out bonus + Overtime rates

My client, a respected independent specialist in Industrial Door Systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

As an Automatic Door Engineer you will be responsible for
Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of automatic doors, gates and industrial doors
Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies
Assist with small installation projects
Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

The successful Automatic Door Engineer will have the following experience
Experience with automatic doors is essential, Industrial doors would also be desirable
A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
Full UK driving licence
Qualifications are beneficial but not essential

The Automatic Door Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes
Competitive salary based on experience
