Description
Mechanical Service Engineer
Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping customers’ machinery running at its best. You’ll diagnose faults, carry out repairs and servicing, and provide exceptional customer support both in the workshop and on-site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic software and equipment.
- Servicing, repairing, and maintaining machinery to a high standard.
- Safely lifting and handling machinery using the correct tools and equipment.
- Delivering outstanding customer service during on-site visits and in the workshop.
- Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Working in line with all health and safety procedures and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery.
- A strong agricultural background with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Experience in both workshop and mobile service work is desirable.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Good physical fitness and a hands-on approach.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-focused environment.
