Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week
Shift/rota work – discussed at interview (flexibility given and required)

Earning Potential – Salary:
£14.00 – £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Realistic OTE: £32,000 – £34,000 (including overtime)

Overview
We’re looking for a Fibreglasser / GRP Finisher to join a well-established bodybuilding specialist in Trafford Park. You’ll be wet laying fibreglass to the interior of vans including Ford Transits and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, which are later converted into refrigerated vehicles. Our client is an ISO-accredited employer with high staff retention and a reputation for quality work. If you’ve got fibreglass experience and take pride in your work, this is the one.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing vans for lamination using small grinders and sanding tools
• Cutting sheets of fibreglass to size and mixing resin
• Wet laying fibreglass to the interior plywood surface inside vans
• Ensuring work is completed to high standards
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
