Salary: £44,000 – £55,000 per annum + Overtime (OTE £60,000+)

Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer Required
Our client is a well-established and growing HVAC company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality air conditioning services across commercial sites. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team.

The Role
As a Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing and maintaining a wide range of air conditioning systems & refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Responding to reactive breakdowns.
• Producing accurate service reports and job documentation.
• Delivering excellent customer service on every visit.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.

Requirements
To be considered, you should have:

• Previous experience servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems / refrigeration.
• Valid F-Gas Certification (essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits

• £44,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, with realistic OTE of £60,000+.
