Role: Automatic Door Service Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,857 DOE + Door to Door + Van (Personal use permitted)
Locations: Northwest / East
Shift: 42.5 hour week
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x and 2x
On Call Rota: 1/7 weeks + standby + call out bonus + overtime rates

My client, a trusted national provider of Automatic Entrance Systems, is seeking a dedicated Automatic Door Service Engineer to join their expanding team. As an Automatic Door Service Engineer you will be responsible for
Service, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding on Automatic Doors
Following EN16005 guidelines to ensure doors are left in a safe manor
Offering fantastic face to face customer service
Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with clients and management to ensure customer requirements are met
Partaking in the on-call rota
Completing paperwork accurately and on time
Ensuring van stock is always kept up to requirements

The successful Automatic Door Service Engineer will have the following experience
Previous experience in the Automatic Door industry
EN16005 qualification
The ability to work individually and as part of a team
Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with industrial doors, gates or barriers would be advantageous

The Automatic Door Service Engineer will receive an excellent remuneration package which includes
Company van with personal use permitted
Power tools and phone are provided
Unlimited overtime available and paid at enhanced rates
On call standby with additional payments for call outs after hours
25 days holiday + Bank holidays with Birthday leave after 1 years’ service
