HGV Class 2 Driver
Salary: £35,000–£41,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, days
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Kemp Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join an established powered access hire company.
You will deliver and collect powered access machinery from customer sites, ensuring equipment is loaded, secured and unloaded safely. This role would suit a driver with experience transporting access equipment and a strong focus on customer service.

£42,000–£44,000 annual salary
Overtime paid at 1.5x
Monday–Friday daytime working

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect powered access machinery from customer sites
Safely load, secure and unload equipment
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Complete delivery and collection paperwork accurately
Follow site health and safety procedures
Provide a professional and helpful service to customers

What You’ll Need

A valid HGV driving licence with Category C entitlement
No more than three penalty points
A valid Digital Tachograph card
An up-to-date Driver CPC
Experience loading and unloading powered access machinery
IPAF 3a and 3b qualifications
Good customer service skills and attention to detail
