Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Days
Overtime: Paid at an increased rate
Kemp Recruitment is recruiting for a qualified and experienced Mobile Generator Engineer to join a large generator company.
This mobile role involves travelling to customer sites to service, maintain and repair generators of varying sizes, keeping equipment reliable and minimising downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on generators.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Attend customer sites to investigate breakdowns and complete repairs.
• Inspect and test generators following maintenance work.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Work safely and provide a professional service to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised qualification in Heavy Vehicle or Plant Maintenance and Repair, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role within the last two years.
• Strong fault-finding skills and experience servicing and repairing generators.
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• A full UK driving licence.
