Job Title: Yard Operative/Labourer
Job Type: Temporary (1-2 Weeks)
Salary: £12.71 P/H
Hours: Mon-Fri
Location: Biggleswade
A great opportunity has for a Yard Operative/Labourer has come up for a client of mine in the Biggleswade Area.
My client, a large construction company with a sizable depot in the Biggleswade area are looking to recruit skilled Yard Operative/Labourer.
Our Yard Operative/Labourer will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that a normal construction yard brings and be able to make decisions when faced with daily tasks
Yard Operative/Labourer Duties:

General labouring duties around the site/yard
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Moving and handling materials safely
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
Assisting tradespeople and site staff as required
Following site health and safety procedures
Carrying out other general duties as required

Who are we looking for?

Previous labouring, construction or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
Reliable and punctual
Good attitude and willingness to work
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good awareness of health and safety
Relevant site experience/cards would be advantageous
