Land-Based Engineering Instructor
Are you an experienced Agricultural or Plant Service Engineer looking to step off the tools and inspire the next generation of engineers?
This role is all about sharing your real-world expertise, mentoring ambitious apprentices, and shaping the future of land-based engineering. Whether you’re already an experienced trainer, service manager or a skilled senior technician with a natural gift for mentoring, coaching, and passing on your knowledge, we want to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For
- A strong, hands-on background working with modern agricultural or heavy plant machinery. Your practical knowledge and passion for the land-based sector are key.
- A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Agricultural Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or a closely related discipline is essential.
- If you have experience coaching apprentices, mentoring junior techs in the workshop, or leading toolbox talks, full training support will be provided.
