The Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Service Supervisor to join a leading machinery dealership. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering workloads, managing a team of 4–8 engineers and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and allocate engineering work.
- Supervise and support a team of 4–8 engineers.
- Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage work orders, system updates and billing accuracy.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
Requirements
- Background in plant, agricultural or HGV engineering.
- Knowledge of gas and diesel engines.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, warranty and commissioning.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ technical or mechanical engineering experience.
- Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or apprenticeship).
- Previous supervisory experience desirable.
