Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Agricultural Sprayer Engineer to join our growing team. Working across a range of modern crop protection and agricultural machinery, you’ll combine the latest diagnostic technology with practical, hands-on engineering to keep our customers’ machines operating at their best.
The Role
- Work across a range of modern crop protection and agricultural machinery, using diagnostic technology alongside practical, hands-on engineering.
- Diagnose, service, repair and maintain advanced agricultural machinery.

- Support customers during peak seasonal periods, including overtime when required.
About You
- Have previous experience as an Agricultural Service Engineer. Experience with sprayers, cropcare or tillage machinery would be particularly advantageous.
- Hold a relevant qualification, or have equivalent practical experience in Land-Based Engineering.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Be enthusiastic about developing your technical knowledge and willing to undertake further training.
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime during busy seasonal periods.
- Take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
- Be comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and technology alongside traditional engineering skills.
