Job Role: Service Controller
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shifts
Salary: up to £28,250
My client, a large hire company operating nationwide, is looking for a dedicated Service Controller to join their team.
The Role of Service Controller Includes:

• Answering incoming calls and providing support and assistance where necessary.
• Logging and creation of jobs
• Allocation of breakdowns to Field Service Engineers in line with KPI’s.
• Processing manual job sheets
• Produce weekly depot service reports and produce monthly management service report.

Ideal Candidate for Service Controller :

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve service issues efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
