Description

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Assistant to join a well-established construction plant machinery company. A great opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge and excellent customer service skills!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source and order parts for customers and engineers.
Process orders, quotations and invoices.
Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and service teams.
Support the day-to-day running of the parts department.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Counter role.
Experience within plant, construction or manufacturing desirable.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good IT and organisational skills.
Forklift experience beneficial, although training can be provided.
