Description

The Role

  • Service, repair and maintain agricultural and horticultural machinery.
  • Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic software.
  • Carry out customer, warranty and internal repairs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers and suppliers.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

About You

  • Practical, self-motivated and a strong problem-solver.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good technical and diagnostic skills.
  • Previous agricultural industry experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Physically fit, with a sensible approach to handling heavy machinery.
  • Full, clean driving licence.

Position Details

  • Location:  Norfolk,
  • Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 39 hours.
