Salary: £34,398 basic, OTE up to £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (42 hours paid per week, 45 minute lunch)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Bristol

Kemp Recruitment are working with one of the UK’s largest manufacturer-owned main dealer groups, representing several major car and van brands, to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester for their busy workshop in Bristol.

The Role
You will join a skilled workshop team carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards, using the latest diagnostic equipment and technology.

What You Will Do
– Routine servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles
– Mechanical repairs and fault finding
– Vehicle health checks and identifying additional work required
– Completing repairs safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards
– Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
– Keeping accurate job records
– Working closely with Service Advisors and the wider workshop team
– Carrying out MOT testing

What We Are Looking For
– Level 3 IMI / NVQ qualified Vehicle Technician
– MOT Tester licence
– Previous main dealer or workshop experience beneficial
– Strong technical and problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
– Full UK Driving Licence
