Location: Haydock and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic per annum DOE + overtime
My client is recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join their team in Haydock.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional HGV driver with a valid IPAF qualification and previous experience delivering and collecting powered access machinery. If you have experience transporting plant or access equipment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
The Role

Deliver and collect powered access machinery from customer sites.
Safely load, unload and secure equipment for transportation.
Operate a Class 1 vehicle responsibly and in accordance with road transport regulations.
Complete vehicle checks and ensure all relevant paperwork is accurate.
Carry out deliveries and collections professionally
Follow all health and safety procedures when handling and transporting machinery.
Maintain clear communication with the transport team and customers.

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.
Valid IPAF qualification – essential.
Previous experience delivering and collecting powered access machinery – essential.
Experience securing and transporting plant or access equipment.
Good knowledge of vehicle safety checks and load security.
Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe working practices.

Salary and Working Pattern

Up £40,000 basic annual salary.
Overtime Available.
Full-time, permanent opportunity.
