Job Title: Powered Access Engineer
Location: Warrington & Surrounding Areas
Hours: 45 hours per week – Monday-Friday
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum + Annual Bonus
Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of Access Platforms. This is a field-based role with travel required across Warrington and surrounding areas.

Key Duties Include:

Servicing, repairing, testing, and maintaining a wide range of Access Platforms and related equipment
Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on customer sites
Completing documentation, service reports, and logs to a high standard
Delivering and collecting lightweight Access Platforms using company vehicle and trailer
Communicating effectively with customers on service-related matters
Liaising with manufacturers regarding diagnostics, analytics, warranty, and service requirements
Assisting yard personnel with PDI preparation
Working closely with depot hire controllers to ensure maximum machine availability
Promoting a safe working environment and reporting any concerns
Representing the company professionally at all times
Being flexible to meet business needs
Following all Health & Safety policies, both on-site and in the depot
Attending training courses as required

Knowledge & Skills Required

Full UK Driving Licence with category B+E
CAP Licence (Competent Assessed Person) for Access Platforms
IPAF Licence
Previous experience with SKYJACK, NIFTYLIFT, and MANITOU equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities
Welding experience (desirable)
Computer literate
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a busy environment
