Technical Sales Representative – Hydraulics

Location: North West (covering Northwest areas)
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum + Annual Bonus (up to 20%)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Benefits: Company Car Allowance + Laptop + Phone

We’re recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to join a growing and reputable business within the hydraulic hose and fittings sector. This North West-based role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on technical expertise who is ready to transition into a client-facing sales position — or for an experienced sales specialist already operating within the hydraulic industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers across the North West
Confidently demonstrating hydraulic hose products and technical solutions on-site
Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads within your territory
Providing technical support and advice to clients based on in-depth product knowledge
Delivering tailored sales proposals and negotiating contracts
Representing the company professionally at site visits and industry events
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in the hydraulic industry – either as a Hose Engineer or in Technical Sales
Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and systems
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence required
IT literate – capable of using a laptop and phone for reporting and communication
