The Opportunity Here’s a cracking opportunity for a skilled Veh6icle Damage Assessor to join a thriving bodyshop team at a well-connected site in Dumfries. With a full pipeline of insurance repair work and a modern workshop setup, you’ll be joining a 35-strong crew of professionals in a role that offers stability, variety, and bonus potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accurately assessing damaged vehicles and compiling estimates using Audatex (or similar)
Identifying repair methods and timeframes for a wide range of marques
Liaising with insurance providers, engineers, and technicians to gain approval and explain methodologies
Keeping thorough records (manual and digital) of work required and completed
Supporting the wider team with technical insight and excellent communication

What You’ll Need

ATA or IMI Accreditation (or working towards it)
Audatex estimating experience preferred
Strong background in bodyshop environments
Solid understanding of manufactn
