Description
The Role of Service Sales Coordinator Includes:
- Prepare and issue quotations for service contracts.
- Monitor service contract renewals and follow up to ensure timely renewals.
- Renew customer service contracts and update all relevant documentation.
- Set up new service contract numbers and keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.
- Produce and maintain reports for contract renewals and upcoming service requirements.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for service queries.
- Respond promptly to web and email enquiries.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice or account issues.
- Keep customer contact information current and maintain accurate customer intelligence.
- Assist in preparing documentation for customer audits and compliance checks.
