Position: Depot Cleaning Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Brighton

Are you a meticulous and dedicated manager with a passion for cleanliness and efficiency? Do you have experience in depot or facility management, and a keen eye for detail? If so, we want you to lead our cleaning team!

As a Depot Cleaning Manager for a leading PSV (Public Service Vehicle) company, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our depot, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment. You will be responsible for managing a team, implementing cleaning schedules, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Oversee depot cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained, including vehicles, workshops, and office spaces.
Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures.
Handle stock levels of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Report and address any maintenance or cleaning issues that arise during shifts.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in depot/facility cleaning management.
Experience cleaning public service vehicles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in a cleaning environment.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
