Job Title: Vehicle Washer
Location: Heathrow
Hours: Mon – Fri, 7.30am to 4.00pm

Main Purpose of the Role: To support workshop operations by ensuring all vehicles are cleaned to a high standard and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment. The role includes steam cleaning vehicles, general workshop upkeep, and supporting ad hoc operational tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Steam clean vehicles to required standards
• Clean vehicle interiors thoroughly
• Monitor and request replenishment of vehicle cleaning supplies
• Accurately record completed work on work orders and timesheets
• Maintain cleanliness of the yard and workshop areas
• Carry out general ad hoc duties as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Consistent delivery of high-quality vehicle cleaning
• Maintenance of a clean, safe, and presentable workshop environment
• Accurate and timely completion of documentation

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Take reasonable care for personal health and safety and that of others
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and operating instructions at all times
• Properly use all provided PPE and safety equipment
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and hazards immediately to a supervisor
• Cooperate fully in incident investigations
• Identify and report unsafe equipment, practices, or conditions
• Actively contribute to improving workplace health and safety

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of workshop operations and procedures
• Awareness of health and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Service-oriented approach

Experience:

• Previous experience in a service delivery or similar environment
