Van Technician – Tipton

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: 45 hours per week + Saturdays as required
Shifts: Rotating: 7:00am – 4:30pm / 8:30am – 6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Earning Potential (OTE)
Basic Salary = £42,000 – £45,000 per year
With overtime = £48,000 – £52,000+ OTE

Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Light Commercial Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI).

Overview
We’re looking for a qualified Van Technician to join our newly opened Van Centre in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a thriving new site, offering excellent basic earnings, a signing bonus, and clear progression to Master Technician status.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on light commercial vehicles
Perform diagnostics and fault finding to manufacturer standards
Conduct safety inspections and routine maintenance
Complete all job cards and documentation accurately
Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety

What You’ll Need

Level 3 qualification in LCV Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI)
Proven experience as a Van Technician
Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
Full UK driving licence

What’s On Offer

£42,000 – £45,000 basic salary + overtime
£1,000 signing on bonus
OTE up to £52,000+ per year
Progression to Master Technician qualification
25 days holiday rising to 30 days with service
