Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 45 hours per week + alternate Saturdays
Shifts: Rotating: 7:00am – 4:30pm / 8:30am – 6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Van Technician Supervisor to lead our team at the newly opened Van Centre in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a prestigious, growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise shift technicians and coordinate workshop workload
Liaise with the Van Centre Manager on staff, training and KPIs
Carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing to high standards
Participate in call-out and breakdown rota when required
Conduct safety inspections and maintain accurate job cards
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained

What You’ll Need

Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ/City & Guilds)
Proven supervisory experience in a workshop environment
Excellent electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
Full UK driving licence (HGV advantageous)
Strong understanding of workshop health and safety
