Position: Vehicle Prepper
Location: Ashford
Pay: £15- £18 per hour depending on experience & qualifications
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join a busy and professional fleet company in Ashford.
Key Duties of the Vehicle Prepper:

Prepping vehicles (cars and vans) for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
Ensuring surfaces are ready for high-quality refinishing
Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and quality standards
Maintaining a tidy and safe work area
Supporting the wider bodyshop team when required

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Prepper in a bodyshop or fleet repair environment
Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage workloads
Own tools preferred but not essential
Reliability and a good work ethic are a must
