Job Title: Parts & Retail Advisor
Hourly Rate: £13.50 – £15.50
Location: Boston
Hours: 39 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts & Retail Advisor to join a busy agricultural machinery business. Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day enquiries for agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery parts from both customers and internal technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and technician enquiries regarding machinery parts
• Accurately process sales orders and organise dispatch
• Provide clear and reliable product advice and information
• Deliver excellent customer service across face-to-face, telephone, and email channels
• Handle cash and card payments with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain an organised and professional retail/showroom environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
• Strong knowledge of agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery
• Confident dealing with the general public and building long-term customer relationships
• Good understanding of agricultural machinery parts and products
• Previous experience in a retail or showroom environment (desirable)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Confident communicator across face-to-face, email, and telephone channels
• Competent IT skills, including email and basic internet use
• High attention to detail and accuracy
