Description

My client, a national Plant company is looking for a qualified and experienced Service Coordinator to join their team.
The main responsibilities of the Service Coordinator will include;

Take responsibility for coordinating engineers’ diaries, materials, labour, and all resources required to ensure efficient completion of scheduled work.
Action and prepare quotes for any additional repairs identified through engineer reports, service inspections, workshop assessments, or direct feedback.
Ensure full compliance with company processes and operating standards relating to Safety, Health, Environmental Care and Quality.
Address any Health & Safety or Environmental concerns that arise during case management.
Deputise for the Service Delivery Manager during periods of absence when authorised to do so
