Job Title: Customer Service Support
Location: Worksop
Salary: £28,000 + Excellent Company Benefits + Hybrid Home Working
Hours: Monday – Friday
Role Overview – Customer Service Support
As Customer Service Support, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and the public. You will manage enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure communication is professional and timely. You will be expected to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion, providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries via email, phone and internal channels
- Log customer queries and respond within agreed SLA timeframes
- Escalate issues where required and manage through to resolution
- Process job-related charges and costs accurately and on time
- Communicate updates and outcomes clearly to customers
- Handle calls professionally and record information accurately
- Support the wider transport team with general admin tasks
Experience Required
- Experience in customer service or transport environment
- Previous experience handling customer or supplier enquiries
- Experience with GTS/ESP/Syrinx advantageous but not essential
