Location: Halifax
Salary: £29,719.62
Shift: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
Contract: Permanent

Duties of the Contracts Controller
- Join a growing team supporting specialist vehicle contracts across the UK.
- Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of contract management within a fast-paced environment?
- We’re looking for a talented Contracts Controller to support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of Rental and Repair & Maintenance contracts for Special Vehicles.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys solving problems, and loves building strong working relationships.
- As a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, you’ll manage contract processes from start to finish—creating and updating agreements, securing purchase orders, resolving invoice queries, maintaining telematics and vehicle records, and ensuring every account is handled with professionalism and care.
- You’ll also support stock checks, insurance claims, service swaps, contract renewals, and monthly reporting, while helping drive continuous improvements across the department.
Required skills for the Contracts Controller
- We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage their workload independently.
- You should be confident working under pressure, highly organised, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in rental operations is essential, and knowledge of the HGV sector is a bonus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is also required.
