Parts Supervisor – Felixstowe

Salary: Up to £42,000 basic + up to £7,000 KPI bonus (c. £49,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday–Friday (45 hours per week between 7am–6pm on a rota) + alternate Saturday mornings
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor with strong HGV or Van parts knowledge to lead their busy Parts Department in Felixstowe.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily parts operations, support workshop technicians, maximise sales opportunities and ensure excellent customer service. You will also take responsibility for stock control, inventory KPIs and motivating a small, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the Parts Department to maximise profit, efficiency and customer satisfaction
Supporting customers with enquiries, stock availability and pricing
Upselling and promoting parts to increase revenue
Ensuring inventory KPIs are met and maintained
Leading, motivating and developing the parts team
Working confidently with catalogues, systems and dealer software

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in HGV or Van Parts, including stock and inventory
Previous supervisory experience
Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicle parts
Good IT skills (Excel essential) and dealer system knowledge
Ability to identify parts using catalogues and systems
Numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
