Service Manager – Gloucester

Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + OTE up to £70,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
Contract: Permanent

Overview
This is a solid opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. The site is busy, well-invested, and needs a leader who can take real ownership—not just oversee the department. If you’re about running things your way, keeping standards high, and building a team that enjoys working with you, this will suit you perfectly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the service team day-to-day, keeping both customers and staff happy.
Ensure compliance, quality checks, and processes run smoothly.
Manage costs and profitability across the department.
Work closely with the workshop and front of house to keep everything aligned.
Drive KPIs with a hands-on approach.
Support and develop your team, including apprentices.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Uphold health, safety, and site standards.

What You’ll Need

Strong motor trade background in Aftersales management.
Good understanding of dealership service department operations.
Confident, people-first leadership style.
Strong commercial sense and customer focus.
Level-headed and adaptable mindset.
Comfortable using dealer systems and general IT.
