HGV Technician

Pay: £20.00 – £23.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Shift: Rotating Weekly – Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30 | Week 2: 13:30 – 22:00
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Earning Potential
Basic Salary: £41,600 – £47,840 per year (based on 40-hour week)
Realistic OTE: £47,000 – £53,000+ per year with regular overtime

Overview
We’re looking for experienced HGV Technicians to join our team on a rotating early/late shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician to join a growing business with a newly enhanced benefits package, top-tier hourly rates, and the stability of a permanent Monday–Friday role.

Key Responsibilities

As an HGV Technician, you will carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a modern fleet of HGVs.
Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using manufacturer-approved equipment as part of your role as a professional HGV Technician.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold excellent workshop practices.

What You’ll Need

NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an HGV Technician in a commercial workshop.
Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Full UK driving licence.
