Pay: £17.84 per hour
OTE: £45,000 – £52,000+ per year
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Week 1: 7:00am – 4:30pm | Week 2: 11:00am – 8:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

Earning Potential
Basic Salary: £44,500 per year
Realistic OTE: £45,000 – £52,000+ per year with available overtime

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join a state-of-the-art commercial vehicle dealership on a rotating early/late shift pattern. This is a great opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician to secure a stable role with strong earning potential and ongoing training in a modern workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• As an HGV Technician, you will undertake all levels of maintenance, repairs, and major overhauls on heavy goods vehicles.
• Complete standard servicing and diagnostics, following the repair process from fault analysis to completion as a professional HGV Technician.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards in a busy workshop environment.
• Maintain accurate job cards and documentation, and uphold high standards of workshop organisation and safety.

What You’ll Need

• Apprentice-trained and qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician in a fleet or dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Full UK driving licence (C+E / Class 1 licence is beneficial but not essential).
