Parts Controller – Runcorn Location: Runcorn
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Controller to join a busy and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of high-quality parts at competitive prices, supporting the smooth operation and profitability of the business. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the parts system to monitor stock requirements and spending
Work closely with the Parts Manager to track stock levels and demand
Place timely and accurate purchase orders to ensure optimal stock availability
Assist colleagues and liaise with engineers regarding breakdowns and parts requirements
Develop and maintain a ‘commonly used’ parts list for engineers
Complete project work as set by the management team to improve efficiencies
Undertake other ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of inventory monitoring and stock control practices
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of, or interest in, powered access machine parts and their applications
Ability to work proactively within a busy team environment

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
