Description

Key Responsibilities in your new Quantity Surveyor Role:

Measuring works and preparing accurate records of completed works
Producing and maintaining records of works sheets
Assisting in the preparation of draft applications for payment
Supporting the commercial team with basic estimating and pricing tasks
Attending site visits alongside the Contracts Manager to understand project delivery
Liaising with site teams to gather information and verify works completed
Maintaining organised and up-to-date project documentation

What you need for your new Quantity Surveyor Role:

Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts.
Confidence on site and in the office.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Any construction-related experience is suitable
Ideally 12 months post-graduation experience
