Parts Advisor – East Raynham, Norfolk

My client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join my clients well-established East Raynham branch team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting both technicians and customers with their parts requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist customers and technicians with day-to-day queries about machinery parts
• Handle orders, dispatch, and enquiries efficiently, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and stock
• Provide friendly, professional service while supporting showroom and retail operations
• Support the team in meeting sales targets and achieving excellent customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in parts, retail, or a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of agricultural, horticultural, or motor parts is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and colleagues
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail
• Competent computer skills, including email and basic systems
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Team player with initiative and a smart, professional appearance
• Motivated by sales, targets, and delivering excellent service

• Full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week, & Saturdays as per rota)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience (£13.50–£15.50 per hour)
• Overtime paid at time and a half
