Parts Advisor (with Delivery Duties)

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Location: Ferndown
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Parts Advisor to join a dedicated team, where keeping customers on the road is the priority. This varied role involves both in-store parts management and on-the-road deliveries, ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the parts department, ordering, invoicing, and issuing parts to technicians.
Manage stock, maximise profitability, and interact with service and sales teams as an organised Parts Advisor.
Handle trade and public sales over the phone and counter, and deliver parts to customers.
Use systems such as ADP/Kerridge and complete administrative tasks to support workshop efficiency.

What You’ll Need

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience using ADP/Kerridge systems is desirable.
Methodical, resilient, and able to work to strict deadlines.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
Full UK driving licence (essential for delivery duties).
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

What’s On Offer

£27,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm – stable working pattern
22 days holiday + bank holidays
