Chassis Converter – Westbury

Salary: £31,000 – £33,400 per annum (DOE)
OTE: Up to £37,500 per year (with overtime)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:30)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Chassis Converter to join the UK’s largest commercial vehicle dealer group in Westbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled converter to work on premium vehicle brands, benefit from award-winning training, and grow within a Great Place to Work™ certified company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chassis Converter, you will carry out modifications to chassis in preparation for bodybuilding, ensuring the highest standards are met for premium commercial vehicles.
Work precisely and safely to meet exact customer specifications and brand quality requirements.
Maintain excellent workshop standards, organisation, and documentation throughout the conversion process.

What You’ll Need

Previous experience as a Chassis Converter or in a similar vehicle modification role.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to quality and safety.
A resilient, motivated, and team-focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to strict deadlines.

What’s On Offer

£31,000 – £33,400 per annum (depending on experience)
OTE up to £37,500 per year with overtime at 1.5x rate
Monday – Friday days – stable schedule with optional Saturday overtime
20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
