About your new company

My client, an established Plant specialist are currently looking for Welder & Fabricator to join a dedicated team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers.

About your new Workshop Welder / Fabricator role

You will be required to undertake Welding / Fabricating on commercial vehicle bodies and chassis in a maintenance and refurbishment setting.
This will include diggers, dumpers & excavators.

The successful Workshop Welder / Fabricator will require

Experience of medium- heavy fabrication of steel construction & welding – (2mm to 10mm)
Ability to build and tack weld fabrication from a drawing and then complete welding
Ability to spot visual faults in fabrications and correct them in a timely fashion.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Experience working on trucks, trailers and tankers
