Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy parts department in Swindon. This is a permanent, Monday-Friday role offering a competitive salary for a candidate with proven parts experience. You’ll be responsible for serving customers efficiently, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally and efficiently, both over the counter and on the phone.
• Identify and supply the correct parts for commercial vehicles.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with perpetual stock checking.
• Process sales, returns, and warranty claims accurately.
• Keep the parts department clean, organised, and well-presented.
• Support the parts team with general administrative tasks as required.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor is essential.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is highly advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive, organised approach to work.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with parts systems.
