Our client is looking for an experienced Service Admin – THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE.
The client is looking to recruit an experienced Service Admin with fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner to work within their busy and well-established company. Your duties will be supporting the service departments administration/reception and always ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and confident personality and can work well within a team.
Service Admin Job role:

Sending PCN Charges on to Customers.
Chasing Customers for PO Numbers and actioning Po Numbers received
Updating spreadsheets
Waste Notes
First Notifications of damage to customers
Invoice queries
Chasing Garages for updates regarding repairs
Complete Exchange Requests
Follow company’s Employee handbook policies and procedures.
Any other duties requested by your manager.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
