Due to internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Supervisor to join a busy and well-established parts and retail team.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Supporting the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the department. From maintaining high showroom standards to managing stock and supporting the team, you’ll ensure operations run efficiently and customers receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the parts and retail department
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Drive sales and support the team in achieving targets
• Act as department lead when required

About You

• Experience in a retail, showroom, or parts department environment
• Sales-driven with a proactive, target-focused mindset
• Knowledge of horticultural or agricultural machinery (advantageous)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using IT systems for stock control and ordering
• A team player with the ability to take initiative and lead when needed

• £15–£16 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime
• 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays as required)
