Hampshire (Regional role)
£55,000 OTE

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident, commercially driven Parts Sales Development Manager to play a key role in accelerating Parts performance across a high-performing Commercial Vehicle network.
This is a sales-led, field-based role where success comes from winning new business, growing trade accounts, and turning strategy into measurable commercial results.
The Role
Covering a defined region across Hampshire, this position is heavily focused on business development and account growth (75%), alongside operational oversight (25%) to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Reporting directly to the Franchise Director, you’ll be instrumental in delivering profitable Parts growth across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new trade business by prospecting and converting independent workshops, fleet operators and trade customers
- Build, manage and grow key accounts, negotiating pricing and supply agreements
- Implement and manage impress stock agreements to drive retention and profitability
- Lead Parts sales initiatives across all depot locations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue per transaction
- Review pricing and discount structures to improve margins
- Monitor stock profiles, reducing obsolete and slow-moving inventory
- Analyse sales performance and customer data to inform strategy
- Collaborate with depot leadership, Parts Managers, and Service teams
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as a professional brand ambassador

- Growth in regional trade Parts revenue
- New account acquisition and onboarding
- Increased spend and penetration within existing accounts
- Improved gross margin performance
- Strong impress stock retention and profitability
- Reduced aged/obsolete stock and improved stock turn
- Higher average invoice values through upselling
- Consistent execution of sales initiatives across all sites
About You
Automotive or Parts experience is beneficial but not essential, what matters most is your commercial mindset and ability to deliver results.
