Service and Parts Supervisor
Salary: £30-33K
Rota: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Overtime: Paid at an increased rate

My client, a well-established machinery dealership, is looking for an experienced and organised Parts and Service Supervisor to join their team in Warrington.

Main Responsibilities of the Parts and Service Supervisor include:

• Handling customer, engineer, and service team enquiries regarding parts
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
• Preparing service parts quotations, raising sales and purchase orders
• Managing stock levels, returns, and dispatches
• Supervising the parts and service team to ensure workload is completed to a high standard
• Coordinating with internal departments on admin queries and order updates
• Tracking parts orders and managing warehouse stock movements
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies and ensuring team compliance with uniform and PPE guidelines

The successful Parts and Service Supervisor will have:

• Proven experience in parts and service operations, preferably within plant or heavy equipment
• Confident team supervision skills and ability to manage day-to-day processes
• Familiarity with IBCOS GOLD systems for ordering and stock control
• Strong organisational, communication, and customer service abilities
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
