Job Title: Powered Access Engineer
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

Are you a skilled Service Engineer with a passion for Powered Access equipment? Looking for a new challenge with excellent earning potential, autonomy, and genuine career progression?
We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on Powered Access Engineer to join a growing team, supporting customers. This field-based role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work with industry-leading equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on a range of Access Platforms (MEWPs)
Attending breakdowns on customer sites and carrying out unscheduled repairs
Delivering and collecting lightweight access platforms using a company vehicle and trailer
Completing accurate service reports, documentation, and logs
Liaising with manufacturers for diagnostics, warranty, and service support
Supporting the depot team with PDI (pre-delivery inspection) preparation
Maintaining strong communication with customers and ensuring excellent service delivery
Promoting a safe working environment and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
Representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Participating in training and staying up to date with industry standards

What We’re Looking For:

Full UK Driving Licence (with B+E entitlement)
CAP Licence (Competent Assessed Person – Powered Access)
IPAF Licence
Solid experience with brands such as Skyjack, Niftylift, Manitou
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostics skills
Welding experience (advantageous)
IT literate – able to complete reports and access technical systems
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
