Product Support Specialist
£50,000 – £55,000
Monday – Friday
Company Car

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Support Specialistto support our range of road construction machinery, including pavers and rollers.

What you’ll be doing as the Product Support Specialist:

Provide technical support and advice to engineers and customers
Work closely with service teams, including attending site visits when required
Support the sales team with demonstrations and technical input
Investigate faults and recurring issues, producing clear reports
Assist with warranty claims and liaise with suppliers
Deliver technical training to both internal teams and customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

The Product Support Specialist Requirements:

Qualification in Plant Construction (or equivalent)
Experience working with pavers and/or rollers
Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for site visits

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
