Renewables Energy Product Manager
£53,000 – £58,000
Monday – Friday Days – 2 days work from home!
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Renewable Energy Product Manager to drive innovation and growth across our portfolio of sustainable HVAC solutions. You’ll lead the development and lifecycle of cutting-edge renewable technologies — including heat pumps, energy-efficient systems, and low-carbon heating solutions — helping customers transition to cleaner, smarter energy.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape product strategy within a fast-growing organisation committed to sustainability, innovation, and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy for renewable HVAC technologies.
Manage the full product lifecycle — from concept and development to launch and optimisation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and commercial teams.
Translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Support go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability targets.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in product management within HVAC, renewables, energy, or building services.
Strong understanding of renewable heating technologies (e.g., heat pumps, energy efficiency systems, low-carbon solutions).
Commercial awareness and ability to deliver profitable product strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
Degree in engineering, energy, business, or a related field (preferred).
Passion for sustainability and clean energy innovation.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up.
